Your appointments and well-being are very important to us.

Please note that we have reserved time exclusively for you once you have booked an appointment.

If your appointment is booked online more than 14 days before your appointment, you are entitled to cancel the appointment, and a full refund will be provided. In these circumstances, please try to give us at least 5 working days’ notice.

For appointments requested to take place within 14 days of placing your booking, you must provide us with at least 5 working days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will mean that a refund cannot be provided.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, you are not eligible for a refund.

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. We will try to accommodate a change in your booking, but where a right of cancellation does not apply, we reserve the right not to provide a refund.

We require a card payment to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
